Marc Balasescu is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Intrudify, where he leads the company’s business strategy and vision, ensuring the platform solves real-world commercial challenges by making security clear and actionable. Prior to co-founding Intrudify, Marc built and led a successful international cybersecurity consultancy, growing and managing a high-performance team of security experts. This entrepreneurial experience provided him with a deep understanding of the operational and strategic challenges businesses face. It was here he honed his specialty: translating complex technical risks into a digestible format for executive and board-level conversations. Marc’s leadership ensures our platform is not just technically excellent, but is also fundamentally aligned with the business needs of our customers. His focus on clear communication and strategic risk management is embedded in the product, empowering leaders to make confident security decisions.
Petru Kovaci

Petru Dan Kovaci is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Intrudify, where he leads the engineering vision and architecture of our automated security platform. As an OSCE3 certified penetration tester and seasoned red teamer, Petru brings an elite level of offensive security expertise to the company. His career has been dedicated to uncovering critical vulnerabilities and simulating real-world attacks for major enterprise companies. This deep, hands-on experience in breaking systems is now the foundation for building a platform that automates those very same discovery processes. Petru's leadership ensures our platform is not just built on solid engineering principles, but is infused with the authentic, attacker-minded perspective needed to deliver a truly effective and trustworthy automated pentesting solution.
